Yes. Of course it depends on your lifestyle and some luck, but let's assume the bare minimum.
If you could find a student apartment to rent off another student, while they are away, you could have a furnished room in a shared apartment for as little as say 180€ per month.

Some examples of food prices are here

Hot buffet lunch is about 6€ anywhere.
What are you doing? When are you coming?
A bit pointless to answer without more info...

Miksi leivänpaahtimissa on asetus, jolla leivän saa palaneeksi korpuksi, ettei sitä kukaan syö?

Another Spanish here...
God! We are like a plague...
I think that 1300€ for seven weeks is enough money, of course it depends on what do you want to do, but last time I was in Finland I spent much less money in comparison...

Why we don't have more rum????

1.- Hehehe... Good point... Ask her (Montse is a woman name -comes from Montserrat-), I've always cosidered Barcelona as a part of Spain...
2. I don't think you would like Spanish weather there right now... Maybe it is not as freezing as there but (for me) its freezing cold and rainy

, and I have the flu!!!
