I'm looking for a bank where I can save money but with easy access and easy to open, any idea's?

I think all the common finnish banks are equal in respect to ease of access and easy to open. I have only had trouble with s-bank due to them demanding finnish photo id and I don't have it (despite living in Finland for 14 years).
