For the hákarl, I have not heard of anywhere you could get that without going to Iceland.

Don't you do that auk/puffin in Iceland too? Or is it just fresh?

Some people eat those birdies, not so much the city dwellers I think. There's the Icelandic sheep heads and pickled sheep testicles as well if OP wants to take some risks in life :)
