Lohja - Turku

Hello everybody. I'm new here and I'm sure that there is already another topic with that sort off question but however I'm gonna ask here.
So is there a direct bus/train from Lohja to Turku and the opposite ? If there is not, where should i go to catch such a bus/train.
I hope that the answer is going to have many details about the places, prices and timetables. And only in English please, otherwise i would not manage with the understanding.
I just found out that one friend from my town in Bulgaria has moved in Turku and .. yeah it would be good if we see each other sometimes
