DESPERATE and need HELP Phone Bill dispute.

I need help! bit of a long story but ill try make it short. My phone was stolen in Febuary on a night out. I went home that night and filled in a police report before I went to sleep. The next morning when I woke I called ( using my boyfriends phone that is linked to my phone) customer service and told them my phone had been stolen lastnight and I need to cancel it. The person I got said ok wait and ill put you on to an English speaker. I waited on call waiting 20 minutes then they cut me off. I tried calling back again half an hour later and still nothing.

The phone was off so I assumed the person who stole it had removed the sim and could not use it as once its off they could turn it back on without a pin. anyway the phone was cancelled 2 days later, I called it everyday and it was always off.
Then came the bill of 298euro for Premium calls!!!

I went to Pascila police and they were looking in to the call. However they said they needed the list of numbers so they could find out more. I asked my provider and they said they could not give me the numbers because they have to 'PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE CALLS?????''.
But still they want me to pay for the calls. Does it not make sense if they want ME to pay for these calls then they are assuming I AM THE PERSON who made them???
So why should I not have the right to see exactly what I am supposed to be paying for???

Anyway this has been in dispute for a while. And now they say that It my fault because I didn't cancel the phone until a few days later, BUT I TRIED THE NEXT MORNING!!
Then they said they will check their log for these calls, and of course they cant find the calls I made.
Now today I have got a letter in the door from a debt collector saying I have 5 days to pay this fee plus another 117euro for their fee or it will go up and up until I finally go to court!

I am a fair person, I always accept responsibility if Iv made a mistake but here I really feel im being treated unfairly.
I have no job or income and no way to pay this money. I AM AT MY WITS END OF DONT KNOW HOW TO GET HELP! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP???!!!

If there is dispute then the court is good.
Tell the debt collector that the invoice is disputed.
Tell the operator FU and show them the call history from your boyfriends phone and documents that you filed report to police.

That sounds like you have nothing to loose in court (I assume you also qualify for free legal help)
Collect all the paperwork, call logs and so on and fight it in court.
