Suspicious sound next door. where can I report this?

I arrived here in Helsinki few days ago. Staying in a temporary private rent apartment, I heard a suspicious sound next door: someone seemed to wrap something up with papers and vinyl in a hurried manner (very regular, incessant sound kept going for more than a hour) around 4~5 a.m. I'm quite worried about this but I think I cannot report this without evidence or something. In this building, there is no administrator or security and I'm scared of being identified as a witness. It might be nothing but a jetlagged traveler who is doing his own job in the middle of night, but the sound was too regular and systematic to believe so. Please give me your opinion~

Helsinki police tip number: 071 877 5189 They'd like to have your name but you are not required to give it. Presumably they can manage with English language. Of course they see where the call comes from.

It was like watching a horror movie and in the middle of it, suddenly the power goes off!!
