An English tutor for my two kids

I am looking for an English tutor to work with my two kids in English. The meetings will take place for one hour each week, with a ninety minute session the last week of the month. The classes will take place in the evening (probably about 17.00) at my ex-wife's place in Kallio (Helsinki). The pay will be 20€/hour. We hope to start somebody ASAP.

My kids - an eight year old girl and a six year old boy - speak English pretty fluently, albeit with quite a bit of interference from Finnish. They can also read and write fairly well for their ages, especially considering the challenging circumstances. The main goal of the tutoring is to educate my kids in English (mainly in writing and reading), while all the meanwhile KEEPING THE CLASSES FUN AND INTERESTING for the kids. Not an easy task.

Here is what we want from the tutor:
1) That he/she is a NATIVE SPEAKER of English. Please don't reply if you speak English as a Foreign Language, even if you do it exceptionally well.
2) That he/she is reliable...not cancelling all the time.
3) That he/she is a creative, energetic, upbeat person. Experience is helpful, of course, but most importantly is a good attitude. I have some stuff to help get you started, but you should be willing to come up with creative lessons plan on your own.
