Both are correct and mean the same thing. 'Huominen' can be either an adjective or a noun.
In the first sentence, it's an adjective that describes 'tentti'; "the tomorrow-y exam"
In the second sentence, it's a noun and takes the genitive case; "the exam of tomorrow".
The difference might be easier to understand if we move the exam from tomorrow to today: "Tämänpäiväinen tentti..." vs "Tämän päivän tentti..."
