any cheap computer/laptop repair centre around Helsinki?

My acer laptop in heating up intensely. I guess there is some problem either with cooler or short circuit as it gives kind of burned smell with high heat from beneath. Otherwise the machine is operating well just don´t want to crash my engine completely so I have backed up everything then formatted.
I contacted so some repair centre and they are very expensive. Some even charge just to diagnose the problem and just pay even if it cant be repaired. So i am just looking for any cheap repair centre in Helsinki or near by regions. Please provide me with any available links or addresses.
Would be great help as im depending on school computers for my reports and stuffs.

I don't know am answer to your actual question, just want to note that if the fan is working and indeed is working pretty much continuously with high speed, a really cheap repair option might be "vacuum cleaner"

often the vents can become clogged with dust and that traps heat. you can try buying one of those compressed air cleaning cans. point the plastic tube into the air vents in the laptop and blow out the dust. probably better to do this outside since you'd be amazed how much dust will come out.
