This has been one of the most nagging issues after landing here. Not being able to watch BBC and other programmes so easily. Tried many VPN solutions but they work on and off, and I didn't want to shell out money each month on paid VPN.
I found this plugin for firefox - hola, which works really great and without any speed issues whatsoever. Still early days but looks impressive and no settings needed. Thought would share with others.
edit: and it works with other sites such as netflix or hulu as well btw.
