Has anyone ever used this, or this type, of company to obtain Apostille certs?

If so, how would you rate the service? Do the Finnish authorities accept the certs through this route?

Do the Finnish authorities accept the certs through this route?

I think it goes by country.
Example
Russia+Aust= I needed to have a crim record with apostille and submit that with applications(apostille not being older than a certain date)
Finland+Aus= Both governments work in together to stop criminal movement so the Fin.gov did its own research.
