Urgently need help ,sites to find someone's contact details.

hello everyone,
Please am trying to find this person " Mäkelä Virpi Hellevi" she/he is a translator (Lithuanian - Finnish ). And they gave me only the name and address (05800 hyvinkaa). How can i get some contact details like cell number,email or complete address. I heard there are some websites where it's possible to check. I will be very glad if someone can help me with this info.

What if he was some crazy person looking to harm her? If I was the one who found the info, I would have called her first to let her know that someone on the internet is looking for her and if she is okay to have her info given to him / her.
