I know the regulations can be very strict but I haven't got the original text.
For instance;
Temperature during transport never above 2 degrees C, if the transport takes longer than 2 hours the temperature must be monitored and automatically controlled.
The process must be part of the companies self-monitoring (omavalvonta).
