10 year sabbatical

Hi I'm just wondering if their is a law or general rule of thumb about taking work sabbaticals in Finland. I do know of a few foreign guys who took sabbaticals after working with the same company for Ten years. I'm coming up on Ten years next spring and was thinking about planning ahead. Is it possible to take a sabbatical after ten years and is it the law that your job will still be there if you want it? I'm just thinking I do quite like living here and my job is pretty decent and I enjoy it a lot, but I'd like to give something else a go for a bit outside the country, and see what I think.
