Does anyone know where Swedish Language Courses for beginners are taught in Kirkkonummi/Espoo/Helsinki area?

Are there any free courses available anywhere or relatively inexpensive paid courses?

Have you checked University of Helsinki? It offers 'Swedish for Foreigners' courses.
