Finnish Police clearance certificate - charge

Folks,

I was living in Finland couple of years ago and i moved to Canada. For immigration purpose i am in need of Police Clearance Certificate from Finland.
I could see some information in web(http://www.oikeus.fi/oikeusrekisterikeskus/18619.htm)

Any one has idea how much finnish police charge for issuing Police clearance certificate. Thanks!.

Well, there is no such thing, so the police won't charge any.
The draft from criminal records from the ministry of justice costs what it says on the page.
They don't ask IQ test in Canada?

Are you really sure that the Canadian part is asking for a live document from your hands, i would have presumed Finland and canada sharing info.<Just like the box tick actions in Finnish RP applications.
