How to katsastus/sell a decomisioned car

Hi,

I am trying to sell my car. But since I do not drive it at all and do not want to spend money on tax and insurance so have decommisioned it. Now, the thing I would like to ask here is
1 : If a person comes to see this car and wants to drive it. Is it possible to have some temporary permission from Trafi for just checking the car
2 : My katsastus date is also arriving in couple of months. How can I do that for decommisioned vehicle
