Erasmus work placement

Hello. I am studying IT science in Greece. I am on the senior year and I would like to work in Finland with the program "erasmus work placement". The duration must be minimum 6 months. Now I am looking for businesses, universities, research centres to work but I can not find anything. Is there any site or organisation which helps students for abroad who want to work there? Or even better do you know any business or university or research center which accepts students?
