Terve,
If you bring someone to court over a dispute, how exactly is going with the expenses, the party that loses pays the expenses or... ?
P.S. What expenses are we talking about? How much a trial costs in here? Can you represent yourself if you are not a lawyer?

The default is that the loosing party pays expenses for both parties. Usually people get some coverage for lawyer fees as part of their home insurance package.Alex.Sm wrote:Terve,

The biggest chunk is the fees for lawyers and witnesses.Alex.Sm wrote: P.S. What expenses are we talking about?
Lawyers bill by hour so it depends on how complex the case gets.Alex.Sm wrote: How much a trial costs in here?

But you should have a watertight case otherwise the opponent(s lawyer) might find an exception and the case will blow up in your face. Can you represent yourself if you are not a lawyer?
