My job contract had ended few months ago and now I am getting new contracts offers from different companies. I want to discuss with a lawyer whether I should make my own limit company or get the services of an umbrella company to handle my taxation and income etc. Can someone please suggest a good lawyer who is not too expensive (they are all very expensive anyway) but still a reasonable that is pretty good in these things

Probably getting a lawyer to make that decision is quite an expensive way to go.
What kind of work are you planning to do? Can you manage to run your own company? Or are you willing to pay the umbrella company something to handle that all for you?
There is a business networking event at the Aussie bar in Helsinki on the 21st May. There will be lots of entrepreneurs there so you can get tips and advice there. There is also going to be a speaker from one of those umbrella companies (eezy).
