Metropolia vs Mikkeli UAS ?

Salam,
I have been accepted to study IT bachelor degree in Mikkeli
My score was higher than all my four choices so do I have the right to choose one ? or I have to take the first choice only.
my 1st choice was Mikkeli UAS I have read that it's the best UAS in Finland is that right ? and I also choosed Metropolia as the 3rd choice and it seem to be of high quality too
So the question is which one is the best in your opinion ?
