If you live in a rented apartment, Most of the time, The tenant has to pay 10/15/20 Euros per month for every person. Right?
What about infants? I mean, If a family consists of 2 adults and 1 infant (6 Months), Do they have to pay the water fees of 3 persons or 2 persons ?
I would appreciate your inputs !

The tenant only pays water fees if specified in the lease (otherwise it's included in the bulk rent):Samer2010 wrote:If you live in a rented apartment, Most of the time, The tenant has to pay 10/15/20 Euros per month for every person. Right?

If the lease is written to pay x / person / month then the family pays for three. I think this is just because the infant does raise the consumption of water and segregating people would be close to impossible (for example elderly using less than young etc). If it's a newer building, then they have per apartment water meters and the tenant should make sure to have the contract specify payment by use (for example a static sum monthly and then yearly it's adjusted to actual consumption).Samer2010 wrote: What about infants?
