Perfume Purchase Online

Hello
I want to buy some good expensive perfume that I have smelled and liked in Stockman. Are there any online shops where I can buy some cheap perfumes as compared to the normal shops?
Also there are some shops in Hong Kong etc. who claim they offer free worldwide delivery. for example, http://fien.strawberrynet.com/customer- ... t-details/
I want to ask if I should be worried about Tulli stopping the shipment because they may be posted outside of the EU? Is there a max price limit that can be purchased from outside of the EU in terms of perfumes. I know different items have a different limit but I cannot find perfumes.
One of my concerns is if theses website are genuine and not fraud who take credit cards and charge money and never deliver goods. By EU law, if that happens, there is nothing I can do against these companies domiciled in Hong Kong or elsewhere outside of the European Union.
In short, I am looking for an online retailer selling perfumes and that also delivers in Finland(There are many online retailers in the UK,for example, Amazon, Boots,Debenhams, Marks and Spencer to name a few) but they do not deliver outside of the UK.If anyone knows, please let me know.

Strawberrynet is okayish, price wise. Anything delivered outside of EU customs/vat area get hit by VAT and possibly customs fees too. Customs don't check every parcel and you should do the customs declaration if they don't. Just calculate the 24% on top and be happy if it doesn't happen.
