Best bank for foreign currency transfers?

What I'm asking is what bank, in your knowledge or experience, is the best one for foreign currency transfers (from outside the eurozone)?

I know only Danske and Nordea to offer full service in English. Since most banks only offer service in Finnish and Swedish, the question is rather moot.

Specifically, since the banks' websites don't have anything on the matter, what are the wire charges and exchange rates? Is it better to wire in foreign currency or change in the home bank and wire euros? Does it differ when speaking about large one time transfers and small monthly ones?

When you make a wire transfer I seem to remember you can choose whether the sender or the receiver pays the fees. So you should also check with your own bank in your home country and compare that with whatever the Finnish bank says.
