My friend has plan to partnership is pizza shop. What are the requirements to get visa on this basis please ?

1. how much should be percentage of partnership i.e 25% share at least ?
2. How much profit should be as some time profit i high sometime low?
3. Can he get visa of one year or 4 years on these bases?

1,2: doesn't matter, needs to generate enough income to live on.
3: Visa is for visiting, residence permit is for residing.

ownership of a company in Finland is no ground for a residence permit.
like upphew said, it's work/income that counts.

The res-permit will hinge on the salary size, workduties.
Its really an uncharted question for the forum.
As a partnership your friend could require a self-employed Res-permit.
As a shareholder in a LLC-LTD(Oy) its considered Employment Res-permit.

It should be studied further and documented because i think most of us know some poor bastard from a third worlder we could import and use for our own gain.hah
