Can you translate this song in Finnish please?

Terve everyone! i've been studying Finnish for 2 months(ish) and I have to say it's a tough language to learn indeed! anyway, my girlfiend is in helsinki for six month and i like to surprise her with her favourite song translated in finnish as a joke ...
Problem is, i can translate like 2 sentences in the whole song, and i'm not even sure they are correct...so is there some good samaritan willing to translate this lyrics for me? Thanks in advance!

Do you have the tune for this (like on youtube), you can "translate" , but this needs to fit the meter and rhyme

see the fact is that the song is in Italian...i translated it in english trying to keep the metric the same...i'll post it anyway

it doesn't really help me now, this is a side thing apart from me studying finnish..since i'm new to it and wanted to do something nice i thought i might get help...cyou know maybe somebody who wants to practice translatiions and tries to do it...

i didn't mean to just "use" this site for this...

Ah, a bit older Italian (60s or 70s) probably have been translated (or the same tune and new words), but somehow the Finnish fits into the tempo of Italian soppy songs.
