Egg steamer hot plate thing? Where to buy?

Gigantti was 30 euros and I'm cheap as heck, also not impressed with their service but alas..another story for another time. I've googled and come up short with what exactly to call that egg steamer thingie. Ours is ancient and dead.

I could boil them, but I'm lazy. Plus my apartment would smell like farts.
