I need steel chain fence to protect my bike. Is there any place in Turku where I can buy one. Please help me to find one.

When I was in Turku, I got a couple of meters of regular chains for a completely different purpose from K-Rauta on Mustionkatu 1 (3 EUR per meter, if I recall correctly). I highly recommend that you don't use them to secure your bike as they can be easily cut.
What you want is a special locking chain (lukituskettinki). They're usually more resilient to cutters, but they're more expensive.

However, if you're willing to accept the risk, then go for the cheap regular ones.
