Hey all!
Has anyone out there taken the Finnish for False Beginners Course at the Helsinki university? It's a month-long course that meets twice a week.
It sounds like I would be a false beginner, but I wonder if taking that or the summer intensive would be better.
Thanks!

Hi Spectra,
I have registered for the course, starting 2 May. I have been looking through the internet and addressed quite some people to find out more. This seems like a good way to 'start'.
My Finnish is absolutely basis. I can say hello and have learnt a few basic sentences by heart. That should do...
Now I can still try to learn a little more online (

OT, is it just me or does anyone else find this one of the weirdest names for a language course?
