Reimbursement of medical expenses

There is this upper limit of around 600e. What is included in that? Is dental treatment included? Operations? All perscribed medicines?

And is the time period from first of January till 31st of December?

There are separate caps for medicines and health care client fees:

Dental fees are not included.
