Car huoltotaulukot check

Hi,

I want to buy and old car and found a Skoda Octavia 1.4 TSI DSG Automatic that seems to be the one of my choice. I came to the car shop to test drive and check it. However, since I don't speak Finnish, I didn't understand whether the car is good or not by checking the maintenance tables. Could anybody do me a favor by looking at the tables and tell whether the car has been maintained well or if there is any problem with it? Attached are the screenshots of the tables. Also, the dealer told me that the car is actually a demo car in the showroom before it was bought by the first owner. Is there any risk of buying a demo car? Many thanks!

Well, the tables tell that there's something "Not OK" with the windshield, but you cannot really tell much from those tables. All other items are either "OK" of "fixed". Ask the dealer to explain.

Anyway, what I'd like to know, is whether this 1.4 TSI is the model with the faulty timing chain or not, and if so, has it been fixed already.

Thank you sotka_ very much for your reply! The car engine power is 122hp so I guess it's not using twincharger and supercharger so probably it doesn't have timing chain issue. The car comes with 2 years Titaani Takuu and that can be an incentive though I don't know much about how the warranty works.
