Residence permit decision

Hi everyone!

Well it's my 1st time doing my student residence permit,here in Finland So I don't really know how it goes.
But Basically I applied here in Helsinki,once I got the university placement, They told me I can start studies while they process the application.
A few days ago I checked the status of the app. on E-services and it says that on
"Feb 23 they made the decision and the concerned authority will contact me"

After a week of not getting any sort of feedback from police/immigration I called immigration. There immigration said to call the police because they are the ones that are processing.Long story short,the person who took my call didn't want to tell me the decision :S she basically told me to Fuc* off and just wait.

Today it's March 11 and still, I haven't gotten any sort of e-mail,phone call or postal mail.

Anyone knows how long they take to give you the decision once they've made it?

They can't tell those things by phone as they can only tell the decision to you and how would they know who is calling? Visit police and ask in person.

If you cannot believe the concerned authority how come you will believe the public you are questioning - at the end of the day you will repeat the same

All I was asking was if anyone knew how long after they made a decision I'll actually get feedback. I'm not asking "the public" to tell me my decision so that I can get an estimate on the additional waiting time -,-

Either way I'll be going to the police station this week to see what's up
