Do I need 5 years salary sheet for citizen application

Hi,

I am going to apply for finnish citizenship soon. I am a bit confused about the fact that do i need to submit all my salary paper for last 5 years. Unfortunately I did not collect those tax return paper that we receive every year in April. I am also missing salary paper for nearly one year which is gone from the netbank. Any advice ??

In e-application service , at the end where we need to upload documents, I am having some trouble to upload multi page document. For example, in passport upload section I can only upload one page in one section but i need to upload five pages of my passport. Please help.

Hi,
The taxpaper will be automatically retrive from tax office by the authority. No need to upload any tax papers. But it is good to have. However, bank statements of last 6 months are needed.
For pdf, you can combine two or more pdf pages in one pdf documents by some softwares.

Just Take a salary statement from your office ( salary section) for the duration you worked there , my be 4/ 5years or less or more. Its a 2/3 page statement describing all the compiled history of your salary. Basically they want this and is easy for you to represent.

Instead of going through the pain of obtaining your payslips, bank statements, there is another alternative which I used. You could log in to the web services of your pension insurance company and print your pension data which also includes the same information and even more as that on your tax card and it dates back to more than 10 years if you have working history as long as that. That's what I used when applying for my citizenship. Your pension insurance company could be any of the following. Just try any of the following. Most probably, it's gonna be ilmarinen or varma. The whole information needed will probably be on a single page PDF like mine depending on how many places you have worked.

They have a centralized service to obtain those records so there's no need to know which one it is:

Its not advisable sending such documents to random people on the net. Basically, the document from ilmarinen should like this. I have taken out my personal info but at least, it should be helpful to know if its the right document. At the moment, the info contains all the job you have done till end of 2013. 2014 info will be added by the end of April 2015. Hope it helps
