I'm also in search of such services and even in more or less the same area. Are you planning on a cash-only service, or billing-based, for tax-return purposes? I wouldn't mind cash-only but I don't feel fully comfortable bringing home virtually a stranger, especially for working while we are not home. So how do you screen people for trustworthiness and efficiency? I used to have such services in the past but it was someone I already knew personally.

Cash only is black market work. It's highly illegal in Finland. You need to do the proper paperwork and pay your proper legal dues to the Finnish Government.
