Bachelor admission process for Bangladeshis

Hello everyone!! I am from Bangladesh and I wish to go to Finland for my undergraduate study. As Bangladeshi students can not participate in entrance exam of Nepal that's why I am planning to apply on using my brother local address who lives in India. My question is, Does it possible to participate in entrance exam by such a process? Thanks..
