Mortgage for foreigner (With Finnish Social security Number)

Hi
English guy ..had my Finnish social security number for 7 yrs
Want to buy a house here now but income comes from my business back in England
Will the banks here give me a mortgage....
How much deposit / mortgage can i get ?
I have about 30% deposit / down payment for house
Any info appreciated

Are you resident here or in England? If resident here 30% is plenty enough for down payment.

If resident in Finland I guess you must pay yourself something and pay Finnish tax.

Ask a bank. It depends so much on individual circumstances that it's impossible to say based on just the above information.

Capital income would also need to be declared here. Indeed a bank would be suspicious if there was no paper trail in Finnish taxation.

Then you need to get a loan from your English bank. Unless you have a really good relationship with a Finnish bank already.
