- Residence Card is under EU law issued to the family member of EU citizen to confirm their right of residence while the EU citizen exercise his/her right of movement in countries other than the country of their origin.

- Residence Permit is a permit under national law and entitles the holder to reside within a country of which he/she is not a citizen.

- B-A-P are different categories (types) for issuing a residency.
I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse. I'm gonna grant him all my old underwears that fit his head helping his nose stays in place

Do your own homework in the future.
Here: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=finnish+police+page+english
(Hint: It's the first link...)

All of the information is translated for your convenience in English, which really you should be happy about seeing as they don't even legally have to do so.

Full English page: http://www.poliisi.fi/licences/licences ... foreigners
Prices: http://www.poliisi.fi/services/service_prizes_2015

Oh and before you ask the million dollar question here are the processing times: http://www.poliisi.fi/licences/processing_times

How on earth I missed that..? Well, I'll blame it to multitasking.

edit. but I do agree that the new pages (which you can access from http://www.police.fi too) are quite good and filled with info in English. It paints certain picture about people who are asking questions from strangers that are answered clearly in police's own site.

edit2. I do find the use of prize instead of price quite endearing :)
