How do I show I have permission to invoice to my landlord?

The fridge in my rental apartment broke. The landlord have me permission to order a new fridge by email and invoice her, how do I show I have permission to send the invoice to her? Do I need some power of attorney letter or something? She didn't say, she said I could just send the invoice to her

Also does verkkokauppa or those companies take away my old fridge if I order a new one? Or what store would do that. Thanks! Reina

It sounds like her idea is that you buy it and then send the bill for her. It's fine if you trust her.

At least Gigantti online store seems to have an (optional, for fee) service of taking out the old one with the delivery of the new (as well as getting the new one to its proper place). I'd guess most of the brick and mortar options do the same. Verkkokauppa probably not.
