civil engineering university

im unable to find any university which have civil engineering courses in english can anyone please help me to get there ..
and obviously the health insurance is big matter so suggest some university which is SIP supported if not what kind of helath insurance do i need to study in finland

Are you looking for an undergraduate or Master level course? There is plenty of choice for Master courses, so I assume the former.

Metropolia has a Bachelor programme in sustainable construction engineering. I don't think they run an entrance exam outside Finland but you can check their website for more details. My son was offered a place there his year but he ended up choosing something else.
