Reapplying of resident permit

Hi everybody in the house am a Little bit confused about something and I was hoping someone could help me out. So here's the thing, I have been refused of my first resident permit due to lack of sufficient evidence to support my funds (money) which I totally agree with them, cause I receive my admission late and things was in a rush which caused me to do certain mistakes in the money transaction from my mom's acc to mine. Please i want to know if I can just reapply for the resident permit again next year, or I have to go through the whole process again, like apply for the school, write the exams and wait to get admission before I can apply for the resident permit. Cause am a little bit confused I told the sch about the immigration decision and they said I have till next year, so does that mean I can just reapply or what?
2) how is the first decision going to effect my second application? Please anyone here with any knowledge about my situation is welcome to share and also am welcome to any advice,ideas etc.

Ok thank you, for the money is even still in my account so I guess I have to leave it there till next year.
about the school, I email them the decision from the immigration and this was their response.

So my question here is can I just prepare my documents again and go and reapply or I need a letter or something from the school saying my study permit still Stands?
