Hi everyone,
I have a restaurant and I want to sell it so I can go back to school. Many people have asked to buy but the thing is I want to sell it legally (with papers and so). I don't want to agree with words and never get my money ( I know those people) I don't know how they do it here in Finland since my communities always sell the businesses around without any contracts

Paper works with selling a business in Finland?

What's the legal form of the restaurant?

Self-employed business. The premise is rented of course. I also wonder if I have to pay tax on the price I sell
