Self employed registration
Re: Self employed registration
You can do it yourself. Online. https://www.prh.fi/en/index.html
A lawyer would have very little added value.
Save your money and hire a bookkeeper to do the books for you. A nice friendly bookkeeper might even be willing to help you register.
Think about whether you want to be a self-employed sole trader, or whether a limited company would be better.
Registering as a toiminimi (self-employed sole trader) will not give you residency automatically. You need to acquire residency and then register as a business if you do not already have an EU RP. And many ICT jobs can be done remote without residency anyway....
