Veterinary technitian/ nurse/ assistant

Hi,

I come from Vietnam, I want to become a veterinary technician/ nurse/ assistant in Finland. Which university or college can I study? Can I study in English? And what do I have to prepare such as: IELTS, entrance exam, ect?
If I can not study veterinary technician in English, do you know something to study that related to taking care of the animals? Please help me!

I already did, but I only found 2 institudes that teaching vet tech in Finland:

I sent emails for them and waiting for their replies.
