questions about citizenship application form

I'm fill this form at the moment and there are a few questions that I dont quite understand. can someone kindly tell me what's the meaning of these
1.Liitä tähän työnantajan antama selvitys asumisaikavaatimuksesta poikkeamiseksi
2.Liitä tähän oma vapaamuotoinen selvityksesi asumisaikavaatimuksesta poikkeamiseksi
3.Työnantajan antama selvitys kielitaitovaatimuksesta poikkeamiseksi
4.Liitä tähän mahdollinen jatkoselvitys aikaisemmista toimeentulolähteistä. I googled this does this me I need to attach my payslip from previous work place?
5. Liitä tähän mahdollinen maksusuunnitelma this one also I cant understand. if google is right what kind of payment plan are they asking?

another thing is i just have a newborn baby in finland. m from Japan. does she need to get the japan passport first or can she just go straight to apply finland citizenship?

Child born to a Japanese mother is Japanese. Being born in Finland has no bearing unless the mother (and father) are stateless.
