how to get training in ice hockey for teenagers (10-year)?

Hi, friends

I would like to ask some advice for ice hockey training for 10 years old kid.
My friend\s kid is loving ice hockey, and his dream is becoming a professional player in Finland in the future.
They whole family is planing to move to Finland, mom gets a job.
The kid has experience in skate hockey in China, and he is the core player of national U9 team, top among his age in Asian.
Would like to ask some advice for how to get training, how much cost, is there any competition or club he could join? Or anything else suggestion.
