Hi! I moved in Finland 2 years and 4 months with my Finnish husband. He started to change gradually in the first year in a bad way. I just finished one year of Finn language school in a huge stress , not having anybody to talk to except for 4 months when I was going to the school psychologist. Actually I didn't get any feedback from there, the therapist was only writing in a notebook. After I finished the school I got a recommendation to a wrong clinic where I had to take some humiliating tests, after that they where asking why the doctor sent me there cause I only need some support and therapy and they will send the recomandation for another place.
Now, after over one month I still got no reply, probably they don't care. The thing is that it's more hard every day to cope with home stress and thoughts every day, I feel very lonely, I lost my confidence, I am trying every day to fight the feelings , I do Pilates, draw, but because of the situation with my husband I feel like in a cage and it's eating my life. I don't want to move from Finland, just need some support, someone to talk and start to see the life in a different and better way.
I'm in the bottom of the barrel let's say and this was the only place I dare to share this. So thanks if anyone will reply! C.
