There are a lot of copy shops that offer faxing services, but why do that when you can do it online?

They froze my account so I can't purchase anything online (including fax services). I need to fax my updated personal details so I can use my card again.

It's free. You login with your Google account. There's no need for card or bank info.

Thank, but I can't get that to work. Where are these copy shops? I checked the library in Hervanta and they don't have one.
