we are a family of 3 with a small 5 year old girl. We are both working parents with demanding jobs and looking for help with both normal child care and with teaching proper English to our daughter. If you are interested we could provide an interesting proposition:
1) flexible working hours and starting time
2) a lot of time to study / work during the day

OP is looking for an English native speaker who lives in Helsinki. Even if theoretically you would get the job you would not get a residence permit based on it.
