kuljetaja ammattipätevyys?

hei guys. I saw on MOL empolyer are looking for truck driver (C-Class) and they need this 'ammattipätevyys'. What is that and how do I get that? if I go to a driving school to learn C course, do I have to go to some other course to get 'ammattipätevyys'. on trafi web site I saw something about this in Finnish and they have class for it I think. My Finnish is not so good. how much does the course cost? and why the employer need that? without that is it hard to get a truck driver job?

Yes, if you have gotten your licence after 2009 you need to do some extra course on top, every five years.

Koe

Edellä 2 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitettu koe suoritetaan, kun säädetty opetus on saatu. Kokeen vaiheittain suorittamisesta säädetään ammattipätevyyslain 6 §:n 1 momentissa.

Koe on kirjallinen. Koe saadaan järjestää suullisesti ammattiosaamisen näytön tai näyttötutkinnon yhteydessä tai jos se erityisestä syystä, kuten kokelaan lukihäiriön vuoksi, katsotaan tarpeelliseksi. Kokeen on sisällettävä vähintään yksi kysymys oppiaineiden jokaista tavoitetta kohden. Kokeen kielet ovat suomi tai ruotsi, jollei opetusministeriön koulutuksen järjestämisluvasta muuta johdu.

Ammattipätevyyslain 15 §:n 2 momentin mukaisesti järjestettävään kokeeseen ilmoittautuvan on esitettävä tämän asetuksen 2 §:n 4 momentissa tarkoitettu todistus opetuksen saamisesta."
