While I answered a similar question a few months ago recommending the central university library, that's now closed all weekend during the summer break. Does anyone have a recommendation for a café, library, or similar public space in Helsinki where it's OK to work with a laptop for a couple of hours, preferably one that's open on weekends, and / or late on a weekday?

I've seen people work in Tin Tin Tango with their laptops. It's open in the weekends and until 23:59 on weekdays.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.
